A vibrant apartment community in the heart of Little Tokyo requested the design of a custom stationery set and flyer for their leasing team. The double-sided origami flyer was thoughtfully crafted as an informative, yet playful handout for prospective residents. A subtle perforation allows the bottom section to easily detach—providing instructions and the property's contact information as a take-away piece. With each intricate fold of the flyer, Wakaba's paper crane logo pieces together as the three-dimensional fortune teller game (aka "cootie catcher") comes to life.
